Feature requests

For instance with groceries, I split 60/40 with girlfriend. If I select the group and grocery category, it would be great if it automatically filled out that split. Thank you.

When I import expenses from a spreadsheet it's tedious to have to edit them one by one to add them to the correct group and set the correct split. It would be nice if there was a mass-edit feature (either applying to all expenses in the import, or a selected sub-set). Alternately, if the spreadsheet import could support additional columns and syntax for denoting the split type, split amounts/percentage/shares, and group name, then I could just pre-format that all in my sheet and import it in one fell swoop.

I noticed that I was missing a hydro payment from my spreadsheet and I attempted to search (my fiance pays for it and records it in the app) but it was only for "a friend or group". Later today I needed to check if I paid a wedding vendor and it would have been nice to search.

When a category has been deselected in the Statistics tab, then the total spent should deduct the amount of that category.

Ability to mark certain expenses from people as paid. Rather than only being able to "settle it all up" at the very end or create 20+ "settle up" entries per expense paid separately. This would be a great way to consolidate payments and also reduce the bulk of having too many entries within the sheet when people transfer or pay partial amounts at a time. eg. during a trip there are expenses before the trip occurs that some like to pay off before hand and some expenses during the trip are easier to be paid at the end. Giving the option to record this easily would be a great help in managing debts and what exactly people have paid for without having to hold their own excel sheet

allow adding images or files to expense entries after they are made, this will help be able to consolidate information after an expense was already added. Some online receipts are a bit harder to parse through, especially if its in a different currency that your bank has paid. Great way to include notes and other important files with specific entries

I created an expense where I paid for two people. It should say split between 2 people. See attached image

It might be easier for some people to pay others due to already set up connections or location (such as different currencies). As such, Is it possible to make a "smart simplified debt", based on priority of who preferred to be paid
